The main body of the greenhouse is mainly column, purlin, horizontal edge, arch frame, chord truss, rain trough (gutter, connectors) special aluminum profile, seals, fasteners, etc.
All materials are made of high quality carbon steel conforming to Q235 national standard.

       Features of Poly Carbonate Board :

1. Light Transmittance:The light transmittance can be up to 89%,and it can be compared with glass.
2. Impact resistance: 250-300 times as strong as ordinary glass
3. Anti-UV: one side of the PCB is co-squeezed with anti-UV coating, the other side has anti-condensation treatment, integrates anti-ultraviolet radiation, heat insulation and anti-droplet function in one body. To prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through,
4. Light weight: only half the proportion of glass, saving transportation, unloading, installation and support frame costs.
5. Flame retardancy: the national standard GB50222-95 confirms that the PC board can be burned in the first class, that is, B1. The ignition point of the PC board is 580 ºC. After the fire, it will not produce toxic gas and will not contribute to the spread of the fire.
6. Bendability: cold bending method can be used on site according to design drawing and installed into arch, semi-circular roof and window. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate.
7. Energy saving: keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter
8. Temperature adaptability: PC plate does not occur cold crisp at -40 C, does not soften at 125 C, and has no obvious changes in mechanical and mechanical properties in harsh environment.
9. Weather resistance: PC  board can maintain the stability of physical indexes in the range of -40 ºC to 120 ºC.
10. Anti-condensation: when the outdoor temperature is 0 ºC, the indoor temperature is 23 ºC, the indoor relative humidity is lower than 80 ºC, the inner surface of the material is not exposed. Dew will flow along the surface of the plate, not dripping.
