Construction Steps

 

1. Drill a hole

Determine the size, make preparations before construction, and drill according to the previously determined position. The depth of the hole is generally 0.5 meters.
2. Skeleton installation

Material	Hot dip galvanized round or oval pipe
Thickness	Diameter 25mm or 32mm, also can be customized
Arch space	1m, or 1.2m, customized

3. Vertical rod and card slot installation

(1) The vertical rods are mainly used to connect each arch pipe and transfer the load to each arch evenly.

(2) When installing, the same vertical rods should be in a straight line as much as possible; generally 3 rods are arranged, one on the top and another on each of the two arcs.

(3) The vertical rod is clamped with the frame by spring, and the clamping slot is generally arranged with 4 channels.
Manual/electric rolling film ventilation windows are generally used on both sides of the greenhouse, and insect-proof nets are arranged at the ventilation windows.

The bottom of the ventilation windows on both sides is a skirt film with a width of about 50cm. The main function of the skirt film is to protect the crops from low temperature damage.

4. Installation of shed film and insect - proof net

(1) Spread the film on the greenhouse frame, first fix one side into the uppermost slot with spring, and jam the anti-insect net together when it is stuck;
(2) After the film is tightened, fix it with the insect-proof net on the other side with spring. After the shed film is stretched, the surface of the shed should be smooth, wrinkle-free;
(3) The top of the greenhouse at both ends is clamped to the frame with plastic cards, and the middle is clamped into the card slot with spring;
(4) Leave the door position, and fix the film at the door with plastic card;
(5) Tighten the anti-insect net and fix it in the middle slot together with the bottom film; (6) Finally, fix the bottom film into the card slot attached to the ground.

5. Fix film tape installation

(1) Dig a 0.5-meter-deep hole one meter apart near the shed, cover the ground anchor with bricks and place it in the hole, and fill it with soil.

(2) Tighten the fix film tape and fix it to the ground anchor to compress the film. The purpose is to prevent the film from being lifted by the wind.
