2.Basic structure

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe,and the zinc coatding is 275g/sqm.,no welding point ,all bolted connections,so there's strong corrosion resistance,so at least 20 years of service life, saving you cost. The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outsiade hot galvanized layer which will be no:less than 60um.Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or self tapping screws.The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years,but the actual service life will be more than 20 years. |

Hydroponics are vegetable grown in most layer of the nutrient solution,which provide water,nutrients and oxygen only through nutrient solution.They are different from those grown in traditional soil cultivation.Vegetable grown in water cycle are short and rich in vitamins and minerals necessary for various human bodies.
The ventilation system has top ventilation and side ventilation
The film greenhouse depends on the control of manual or electric film winder to realize the opening and closing of ventilation system.
Top ventilation:All the middle spans have 2 electric roll up motors and both of side span have 1 electric roll up motors.
Side ventilation:Both sides have 2 electric roll up motors.
Each motor is 60W with climber and film fixed parts,rolling up 60m plastic film.
