The steel structure material selects the high quality carbon steel which accords with the Q235 national standard. The steel parts and fasteners are according to the technical requirements and test methods of GB/T1912-2002 metal covering hot galvanized steel products.
(1) column: using a 100 x 50 x 3mm hot galvanized rectangular tube, the bottom connecting plate of the column adopts a 12mm thick hot galvanized steel plate.
(2) arch: 50 x 30 x 2.5mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube.
(3) 50 x 30 x longitudinal purlin 2.5mm hot dip galvanized rectangular tube.
(4) around purlin: 80 x 40 x 2.5mm hot dip galvanized rectangular tube; to maintain the structure of circular tube: diameter 48.
(5) truss upper and lower chords: using 50 x 50 x 3 x 450mm hot galvanized rectangular tube, abdominal rod with 16 hot-dip galvanized steel.
(6) rain groove (gutter): using 2mm thick cold-formed galvanized sheet, large section can resist 180mm/ hours of rainfall; 7 exposed grooves are made of [delta] 0.5 mm thick color steel plate, and installed under the gutter.
(7) the dew bath using delta 0.5 mm thick color steel plate bending, installed in the gutter below.
(8) the connector is made of hot dip galvanized steel cold bending or hot dip galvanizing after welding.
(9) aluminum top and around the greenhouse dedicated aluminum;
(10) sealing parts: special rubber seals are used in seals, special sealants are used in the junction of rain grooves, and
(11) fasteners: fasteners are domestic galvanized standard parts;
(12) covering material: 5mm white toughened float glass at the top of the greenhouse, with the size of 5+6+5 hollow white float glass, and transmittance above 90%.
