Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe structure

Hot dip galvanized pipe is made of molten metal and iron matrix reaction and produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating of both.


Hot galvanizing is the first steel pipe for pickling, in order to remove the surface of the steel pipe ferric oxide, pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank.


Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.



Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the steel tube matrix and molten plating solution, forming a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with compact structure.


The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix.Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong.
